Document Description
Site Development Permit (SDP), Conditional Use Permit (CUP), Planned Development Permit (PDP) and request for the release of Home Funds (HUD) in the amount of $3,700,000 to construct 144 affordable apartment units, various recreational facilities and an onsite daycare center. The 144 apartments would consist of 36 two-bedroom, 72 three-bedroom and 36 four-bedroom units. The units would be constructed as six, three-story, 24-unit buildings above partially subterranean garages. A total of 299 surface and garage parking spaces would be provided onsite. The project includes the demolition of a 95-space mobile home park, which was constructed in the 1950s.
