The proposed project is the acquisition of a 55.4-acre parcel, and construction and operation of a 2,650 to 2,950 full-time student public high school. Construction includes approximately 217,000 sf of building space, ten portable classrooms, 600 off-street parking spaces, a lighted football stadium, athletic courts and fields, and landscaping, as well as 80.46 acres of off-site improvements.
