Document Description
The proposed project is the acquisition of a 53.9-acre parcel, construction of a 2-lane access road, and construction and operation of a public high school (grades 9-12). Development would include construction and operation of a 2,650 to 2,950-student public high school with approximately 217,000 square feet of building space, ten portable classrooms, up to 645 off-street parking spaces, a lighted football stadium, athletic courts and fields, and landscaping. Prior to development of Village 7, access to the high school site would be from future La Media Road, via future Birch Road and future Magdalena Avenue. The entire 53.9-acre parcel would be graded to accommodate construction of the high school.
