Document Description
The project consists of a proposed Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA) between the City of Fontana Redevelopment Agency and the Chaffey Community College District (CCCD). The DDA provides for the acquisition of eleven parcels of land in central Fontana by the Fontana Redevelopment Agency and the subsequent transfer of these parcels by the Agency to the CCCD to facilitate the expansion of the existing CCCD Fontana Center.
