Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2004-0243-R5 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Jerry Backoff representing the City of San Marcos. The applicant proposes to alter the streambed of an unnamed drainage, tributary to San Marcos Creek, tributary to the Pacific Ocean, to accommodate the construction of the Universal Boot Development Project. Construction activity includes grading and fill for two building pads with associated slopes and retaining walls. Bulldozers, backhoes, and graders will be used, resulting in the fill of 0.57 acre of streambed.
