Document Description
The project involves a 30-year capital lease agreement with the property owner and the Los Angeles County Community Development Commission (LACDC) to expansion the existing office/warehouse building to serve as the LACDC's new headquarters. The existing 100,000 square-feet building would be expanded within its existing footprint by 31,500 square-feet. An additional 341 parking spaces would be created onsite, bringing the total number of parking spaces to 455.
