- NOTE: 2nd Addendum to FEIR. The Addendums were previously adopted by the Eastern Municipal Water District, the CEQA lead agency for the Hemet/San Jacinto Integrated Recharge and Recovery Program, and make minor changes to the size and location of recharge basins necessary for the implementation of the Program. The minor changes in the size and location of the recharge basin are being undertaken at the direction of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service pursuant to a Biological Opinion, which eliminates potential impacts to the San Bernardino kangaroo rat.
