Document Description
The proposed Sepulveda/Rosecrans Rezoning and Plaza Del Segundo Project consists of two components: (1) the rezoning of approximately 108 acres of property within the City of El Segundo currently and formerly used for industrial purposes to a new C-4 (Commercial) classification, hereinafter referred to as the Sepulveda/Rosecrans Site Rezoning; and (2) construction and operation of a proposed development project to implement the new C-4 zoning on a portion of the 108-acre site, hereinafter referred to as the proposed Plaza Del Segundo.
