Document Description
The proposed project by Castaic Lake Water Agency (Castaic Lake) is to deliver and temporarily store up to 35,000 acre feet of 2003 State Water Project (SWP) Table A water outside its service area and within the Semitropic Water Storage District (Semitropic), a member unit of the Kern County Water Agency (Agency), as part of the Semitropic Water Banking and Exchange Program, and for the future return during a 10-year period (2014) of the stored water by exchange of a like amount of the Agency's Table A water, or recovery by direct pumpback of Castaic Lake's stored water into the California Aqueduct from the Semitropic Water Bank.
