Document Description
The Stewardship Foundation has submitted a Conditional Use Permit for a proposed care facility with 176 units. It is proposed to be a combination of detached units, critical care facility, and Alzheimer's unit. The project will also include improvements to Reidy Creek and North Broadway to address flooding along Broadway. The proposed development consists of 66 semi-independent units, 51 congregate/assisted living units, 29 skilled nursing units and 30 Alzheimer's units with associated public infrastructure improvements such as circulation, franchise utilities, storm drains, and water and sewer lines. Additionally, a small retail facility, community buildings, maintenance structures, and a pedestrian bridge over Reidy Creek are proposed. Existing structures on site include a single-story, single-family residence, and asphalt/gravel driveway. A large rectangular single-story corrugated metal and wood-frame storage barn is currently located north of the existing residence.
