Document Description
The Tribe proposes to relocate its Eagle Mountain Resort from the current reservation to the proposed location (Airpark Site). The Resort would include a main gaming floor, retail space, an events center and convention facility, administrative space, pool, spa, exercise room, and an arcade. The Tribe also plans to develop food and beverage facilities, including a buffet, casino bars, and two restaurants. The Resort would also include a three-story hotel with 250 rooms along with approx 2,100 parking spaces.
