As part of a development a storm drain outfall into the West Branch of Llagas Crek will be installed. The project is located at Monterey Road and Las Animas Avenue in the City of Gilroy in Santa Clara County. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2003-5031-3 pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Lloyd Martin / Las Animas Development, LLC.
