Amendment to the La Mesa Zoning Ordinance, ZOA 03-02, to add the Mixed-Use Overlay zone (MU) and assign the overlay zone to properties located on University Avenue, La Mesa Boulevard, El Cajon Boulevard and adjacent to the Spring Street Trolley Station. The overlay zone includes land use regulations and development standards for future mixed use projects located on parcels designated with the MU zone designation. Design Guidelines for Properties in the Mixed-Use Overlay Zone were also adopted.
