Document Description
The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (Metropolitan) proposes to install a concrete K-rail on its property at the north end of Valencia Drive in the city of Desert Hot Springs in Riverside County. Metropolitan proposes to install approximately 60 feet of concrete rail across the end of Valencia Drive to discourage trespassing and unauthorized dumping on its property, which is located north of Valencia Drive. The rail will be off-loaded by a crane and placed in the soil on Metropolitan's property.
