Perform routine maintenance on Metropolitan's access roads along the Colorado River Aqueduct from the East Fan Hill SIphon to Whitewater Canyon (Mile Markers 167 to 195), Metropolitan proposes to repair damaged areas of the roads through grading and skip-loading soils into position in order to make roads drivable.
