This is a landscape beautification project along the most eastern edge of the University Campus. It would remove and replace approximately 35,000 square feet of landscaping and irrigation systems in the planting areas east of parking lots 9 and 11, east of the University Print Shop and the North Electrical substation buildings along Palo Verde Avenue from State University Drive to Atherton Street.
