Document Description
A new 12 inch pipe line buried about 3 feet below existing grade, about 3,500 feet long, to be aligned within Flood Control Property along Santa Monica Creek. Santa Barbara County Flood Control will grant Carpinteria Valley Water district an easement for the pipeline project. The pipeline will serve as a transmission line to deliver water to and from a proposed 3 million gallon tank and the Headquarters Well.
