Document Description
The Project consists of pulling soil away from the east wall of Seeley Stables to prevent building exterior wood rot and building interior flooding caused from water runoff during rainstorms. The soil level will be reduced 6 inches below mudsill of building and sloping soil 5-6 feet away from building at 1/4 inch per square foot. Another component of project is to remove dead heating system located in the same area.
