Document Description
The proposed project consists of an Ordinance to amend the Sacramento County Zoning Code (SZC) relating to hearing authorities, vocational schools, churches and message board signs. Specifically, Section 115-42 of the SZC would be amended to allow the Policy Planning Commission as necessary and where appropriate as determined by the Planning Commission to hear and decide certain amendments and reclassifications in lieu of the Project Planning Commission as necessary and where appropriate as determined by the Planning Director.
