Document Description
This project will manage the winter O&M program on the Tahoe and Plumas National Forests within Sierra County. This includes associated monitoring and enforcement activities on the Downieville Ranger District and the East Zone comprised of the Sierraville and Truckee Ranger Districts. There is a total of 134 miles of groomed traits, three major staging areas, and over 200 miles of ungroomed Forest Service roads open to over-snow vehicle use.
