Document Description
Remove small up to 8 inch diameter Bishop pine trees which seeded in after a 1993 fire within the coastal prairie habitat at Salt Point Park to restore approximately 167 acres of coastal terrace prairie. Tree removal will occur using mechanical and manual labor. Trees in low-density areas will be lopped and scattered; trees in high-density areas will be felled and lopped and either left in place and broadcast burned or piled and burned.
