Document Description
Project will construct a median barrier in Shasta County in the City of Redding from the Victor Avenue over-crossing to the Airport Road over-crossing. Two changeable message signs will be installed on the Victor Avenue structure, one on the eastbound side of the state route and one on the westbound side. Existing cobbles in the gores will be grouted and may be re-graded. Planters will be installed in the barrier at the crossing. Some of the drainage inlet grates located in the median will be raised, some inlets will be removed or modified.
