Document Description
The Siskiyou County Department of Public Works plans to adopt a Final Closure and Post-Closure Maintenance Plan for the Tulelake Landfill. The goal of the plan is to formally close the landfill in a manner to minimize the infiltration of water into the waste to minimize the production of gas and leachate. The Monitoring Plan would provide scheduled oversight of the closed facility to verify continued compliance with this goal and remedial measure in the event corrections are necessary.
