Zoning and General Plan designations are largely consistent with the existing pattern of land uses, including Residential, Commercial, Mixed-Use, and Public designations.
Document Description
Construction of 683 new residential units on 29 +/- acres and creation of 6 +/- acres of public park. This development proposal includes a request to change the land use designation of 20 +/- acres located on the west side of South Abel Street from "General Commercial" and "Parks and Open Space" to "High Density Residential." This project also includes a request to subdivide land for the proposed residential uses, three auto dealerships on 23 +/- acres and public park land.
