This project include a request for an increase in the City of St. Helena Hotels, Motels and B&B Inventory cap on transient occupancy rooms, and a Use Permit Amendment and Design Review to expand the Harvest Inn, located at 1 Main Street. The expansion will add 20 new guest rooms to the existing 54 rooms. The new rooms will average 475 square feet in size.
