Construction of prototype vented low water crossing to upgrade the unimproved ford crossing with a 20' wide x 4' high x 60' long pre-manufactured bottomless concrete arch structure designed to allow anadromous fish passage at all life stages and pass stream bed material using natural streambed geomorphology, accommodate the 10-year storm event without overtopping and pass the 100-year storm event without structural damage.
