Document Description
Approx. 93,000 sq. ft. four-story building with a mechanical penthouse, along with approx. 72 paved parking spaces. The proposed parking spaces on the site plan would be used for the surrounding offices, as under existing conditions. The project would have a building footprint of approx. 20, 806 sq. ft. and would be approx. 93 ft. high The project would be expected to have a concrete slab-on-grade floor and would be constructed on structural fill a few feet above existing grade. Existing utilities within the footprint of the proposed project would be relocated and all new utilities would be installed.
