Document Description
The Blacklock Restoration Phragmites Control Project is proposed by California Department of Water Resources (DWR) to be implemented under the Suisun Marsh Habitat Management, Preservation, and Restoration Plan (SMP) EIR. The Proposed Project would control the invasive aquatic vegetation Phragmites australis at the Blacklock Restoration site using the application of two herbicides: the aquatic formulations of glyphosate and imazapyr. Treatments would occur once per year and be phased over six years.
