Document Description
Removal, replacement and relocation of existing wind turbines, with no net increase in total installed capacity. Repowering would include removing 105 existing turbines and installing up to 38 new turbines rated at 800KW to 1MW each. Other existing tubines would remain in place or be relocated on the site (rated at about 200KW each). About 2 miles of road would be added, 4 miles would be upgraded: 3 miles reclaimed for agriculture. New powerlines would be underground; unneeded existing liens would be removed.
