Document Description
Phased Coastal Dev. Permit for the development of an access drive and single family residence in a Timber Commercial zone. Phase 1 of the permit is for the stabilization work necessary to address grading and tree removal activity that was completed without permit. A Special Permit is required for the removal of several trees (two spruce and eight alder) on the project site. The trees have already been removed. Grading is required as a part of this project and involves a total of 4,700 cubic yards of excavated material, 4,000 cubic yards at the building site and 700 cubic yards for the access. Some grading has been conducted already without permits. On-site water and sewer systems are required to serve the proposed residential use of the parcel. Phase 2 of the project involves sighting a modular home with wastewater disposal system. Phase 2 of the project also requires a Special Permit for Design Review.
