Document Description
The project proposes to subdivide a 3.4-acre property into 16 legal lots. Thirteen of the newly created lots will ultimately support a single-family residence and associated uses. The remaining three lots will include two open space lots and one lot for the project access road. The project proposes to rescind Special Area Regulation H from approx. 1.4 acres of the site and utilize Section 6600 of the County Zoning Ordinance, Planned Development Standards, to implement the project. The private drive will provide access, sewer service, water service and dry utility to the lots.
