Document Description
The proposed project is the construction of the District Facilities and Warehouse Complex. The new District Facilities and Warehouse Complex will include: welding, heating and air-conditioning, sheet metal facilities, and plumbing maintenance departments. The new building will be a single story building with a mechanical mezzanine located above the office area. The site is relatively flat and level with no significant slopes in the vicinity. The site is currently occupied by asphalt parking and driveways and is vacant of any buildings.
