Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS-RIV-42847-R6, pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, for the Project Applicant Pulte Group, Inc. as represented by Robert Paradise.
The proposed Project is limited to 1) upgrading a partially constructed storm water drainage facility that currently runs along the south side of Tract 30850 for 1,963 linear feet; 2) minor modifications to a hydraulic junction basin that currently runs parallel to Evans Road for 360 linear feet; 3) refining an outlet facility into the Perris Valley Storm Drain (PVSD) for a Project impact total of 2,323 linear feet; 4) removal of existing sections of concrete; 5) installation of a 6-inch- thick reinforced concrete trapezoidal channel that will consist of 1.5:1 side slopes and a bottom width of 15 feet; 6) compacting the embankments of the widened channel; 7) placement of a 3-inch layer of 1-inch coarse aggregate on the embankments; 8) installation of a 15-foot-wide concrete access ramp; 9) installation of a 15-foot-wide access road; 10) installation of a concrete transition structure on the southern end of the basin to
transition from the 1.5:1 to 3:1 slopes; 11) placement of Class V rip-rap slope protection; 12) and installation of a 80 foot long by 31-foot-wide bridge over the Line A-H channel.
