Document Description
The Eastern Municipal Water District (EMWD) Temecula Valley Regional Water Reclamation Facility (TVRWRF) collects and treats municipal sewage and produces recycled water for reuse to the Temecula, French Valley, and Murrieta areas. The TVRWRF service area is experiencing a high growth rate and based on current sewage flow rate projects, the TVRWRF's treatment capacity must be increased.
