Document Description
The Citrus Heights North Specific Plan project proposes to construct the following elements on a 212-acre vacant site in the northwestern portion of the City of Fontana, north of Summit Avenue between Lytle Creek Road and Citrus Avenue: 802 single-family home; 425 multifamily dwelling units; a 9-acre neighborhood retail center; recreational amenities including small parks and a community sport center; infrastructure improvements to the water, wastewater, and drainage systems; improvements to adjacent roadways and the City's circulation system (including a northern extension of Knox Avenue).
