Document Description
A retail vehicle sales facilty that would consist of two structures: a two-story (32 ft high), 20,162 sq-ft sales showroom and office building with roof-mounted heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units (HVACs) and a 25-ft-high, 11,760 sq-ft-enclosed vehicle detail and wash area. The car wash tunnel would be located on the north side of the detail building, adjacent to SR-91. Equipment for the car washing would be located inside of the building. The sales facility would not include service or parts departments. In order to construct the builidings above the 100-yr storm level, the building pads would be raised seven feet above existing grade to an elevation of 291 feet.
