Buildout of a Specific Plan to guide future development. Full buildout of the Specific Plan would include 235-293 multi-family dwelling units; up to 576,458 square feet of new office, retail, restaurant, community center, hotel; redevelopment of an existing 372,042 square feet of office and retail with the same uses and residential. However, no development project is being proposed or approved at this time. This is a revised and recirculated program EIR providing additional information on biological resources an project alternatives.
