The project site consists of undeveloped areas historically used for agricultural purposes and an aviation navigation facility located on approximately 50 acres in the western portion of the site. The site is comprised of gently sloping terrain, with the upper reaches of Wolf Canyon extending easterly into the northern portion of the site. no known active faults are located within the site.
Document Description
The proposed project is the Village 7 Sectional Planning Area (SPA) Plan and Tentative Map(s) for an approximately 428-acre site within the Otay Ranch General Development Plan. Located in the southwestern portion of the project proposes a mix of residential, commercial, public and civic uses. Three public schools are proposed as part of the project, including an elementary school, middle school, and high school.
