Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Council of San Benito County Governments. The applicant proposes to install a 3-foot extension to the existing 48-foot wide, 5-foot span by 2-foot rise, concrete box culvert to support a 6-foot wide southbound bike lane.
