- Caltrans in cooperation with the Tulare County Association of Governments is proposing several operational improvements on State Route 65, State Route 198 and State Route 245 in Tulare County. The improvements include construction of a roundabout at the junction of State Route 198 and State Route 245 (post miles 19.5 to 20.0, 0.0 to 0.2), construction of a roundabout on State Route 65 (post miles 29.7 to R30.3) near Tulare Road in the City of Lindsay, and a realignment of State Route 65 (post miles 29.0 to R30.4) near Lindsay from Avenue 224 (Lindmore Street) to just east of Cedar Avenue, which would include construction of two roundabouts.
