The proposed project is an amendment to the Yorba Linda Redevelopment Project Area. This amendment proposes to reinstate the Agency's authority to exercise eminent domain for particular parcels of property within the Amended Project Area ofr eight years. The Amended Project Area includes 328 acres of land in the western portion of the City of Yorba Linda.
