The County of SB, Public Works Dept., Solid Waste and Utilities Division proposes to amend the Santa Ynez Valley Waste Management Plan to clean close the Santa Ynez Airport Closed Landfill (SYACL), removal of the solid waste accumulated at the SYACL site, transport the waste via truck to the Foxen Canyon landfill for final burial and backfilling the SYACL with clean fill soil.
