- The applicant is proposing to grade and develop 38.5 acres into a single family residential development of 104 lots, five lots containing water quality basins, and supporting infrastructure. To develop the 104 single family residential lots, the Operator proposes to impact 0.601 acres of the 2.151 acres of onsite jurisdictional streambed and associated habitat. The project will temporarily impact 0.053 acres, and permanently impact 0.548 acres of streams and associated sage scrub, chaparral, and tamarish, eucalyptus forest and oak riparian forest habitat. Total project impacts are 0.601 acres.
