Document Description
The proposed Annual Campus project consists of a 28,260 square foot animal shelter-type facility to be located on a 5-acre parcel adjacent to the Animal Samaritans facility. The facility would serve the County of Riverside and the seven cities of Desert Hot Springs, Cathedral City, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, Indian Wells, La Quinta, and Coachella. The facility will include a full-service kennel for stray animals, spay and neuter services, and an adopt-a-pet program.
