The Plunge is an approximately 27,590 sf building that houses a swimming pool, men's and women's locker rooms, a multi-purpose room, and classroom space. The project consists of the seismic retrofit, historic rehabilitation and expansion of the existing Richmond Natatorium (the Plunge). In addition, the expansion would add approximately 10,000 sf of additional space to the facility.
