R2-2003-395 Upgrade and extend culverts and widen southbound shoulders along State Route 49. The southbound drainage ditch will be relocated and associated culverts upgraded and extended. Rip-rap will be installed for erosion control. A culvert at marker 20.7 will be repaired and extended.
