Document Description
The Operator proposes to alter the streambed by modifiying the existing concrete culvert under Pacific Coast Highway to improve fish passage for the federally endangered steelhead trout. The project will consists of a ladder along the east wing wall, a series of check dams within the barrel of the culvert (129), and another ladder 24 feet from the end of the culvert extending through the length of the outlet apron.
