Document Description
Repair a bank failure along the Russian. The bank failure is threatening to undermine a section of River Road. The bank failure is about 90 feet wide. An undermined house at this site has already been removed to prevent its collapse into the river. The applicant proposes to place rock rip-rap in a series of lifts backfilled with onsite sediment excavated to create the footing for the rock. The lower lift will include a keyway placed about 30 feet up the bank from the edge of water.
