Document Description
The Operator proposes to rebuild the rock channel wall and realign large rocks within the unnamed tributary to the Napa River on the Joseph Phelps Vineyard property located at 7630 Silverado Trail, Oakville, Napa County. During the December storms, the high flows damaged the 50-year old rock lined channel. The walls will be rebuilt with the rocks that are currently in the channel and have fallen from the wall. A mix of clay and straw may be used behind the rocks to hold them in place. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2003-5200-3 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
