Document Description
The Operator proposes to remove two (2) 24-inch diameter concrete culverts under an existing driveway and replacing them with a 3 foot high by 6 foot wide by 30 foot long precast concrete box within an unnamed tributary to Dry Creek located north of Darms Lane, approximately 0.5 miles west of Solano Avenue, Napa, Napa County. Wingwalls will be built and existing concrete debris at the outfall will be removed and disposed of at an offsite facility. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2003-5043-3 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
